Rates and Availability: A reservation is not confirmed until Connections has processed it with the hotel and provided the client with a hotel confirmation number. This procedure is necessary in order to guarantee the discounted rates listed. If you have not received a hotel confirmation number, do not assume the reservation is confirmed.

We will make every effort to fulfill the reservation as submitted. However, hotel inventory may change at a moment's notice and availability is subject to change until a hotel confirmation number is provided to the client.

Credit card numbers are needed just to guarantee a room. Please note that this is not a secure server.

In order to avoid charges against your credit card, you must cancel in accordance with the hotel's cancellation policy. You may cancel by contacting Connections at 1-800-262-9974. Be sure to obtain a cancellation number.
